By commissioning work or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms can be updated at any time — the latest version always applies.
The Fine Print

2. Services
CreaTuImagenDigital provides illustration, branding, photography, and digital design services. The exact deliverables are agreed in writing per project, before any work begins.
3. Payments
All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on final delivery. Late payments accrue 1.5% interest per month after 14 days.
4. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. Additional revisions are billed hourly at the rate agreed in your contract.
5. Intellectual Property
Until final payment is received, all artwork remains the property of CreaTuImagenDigital. Once paid, you receive the usage license described in your contract. Full copyright transfer is available as a separate buyout.
6. Portfolio Rights
CreaTuImagenDigital retains the right to display all completed work in its portfolio, social media, and case studies, unless an NDA is signed before the project begins.
7. Cancellation
If you cancel mid-project, the deposit is retained and any work completed beyond the deposit value is billed at the hourly rate. Files for incomplete work are not delivered.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the total fee paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the deliverables.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project private. NDAs are available on request before kickoff.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
